New construction of an 18,444 square foot fire station as well as the sitework activities for the development of a 2.5 acre site.

The site work consists of, but is not limited to, rough and fine grading, excavating, filling and backfilling, connection of utilities, storm water conveyance systems, asphalt/concrete driveways & parking areas, concrete paving & sidewalks, perimeter security fencing & gate systems, site lighting and site stabilization. The Fire Station construction includes, but is not limited to: Reinforced concrete footings, concrete slabs-on-grade, reinforced load-bearing CMU foundation and perimeter walls, structural steel framing, Pre-Engineered Metal Building, rigid insulation, metal standing seam roof, clay brick veneer and cast stone, aluminum framed storefront systems, interior metal stud framing, gypsum board, Kinetex, vinyl flooring, tile flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling panel systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems and electrical infrastructure for security and access control systems, plumbing systems and communications systems, grading of pad for future logistics building, finish grading, landscaping. The building consists of offices, kitchen, dayroom, sleep rooms, vehicular storages, and accessory rooms for the servicing of the fire station, a storage mezzanine, training platform and rappelling anchors are included for training purposes.
