77th Fighter Squadron Operations Building
The renovation of the 77th Fighter Squadron Operations Building at Shaw Air Force Base required extensive interior renovation work, to be completed in three phases due to the occupancy and schedule requirements. Key scopes included the installation of ATFP rated double glass doors and windows after removal of storefront windows and brass rails; removal and replacement of acoustic ceiling tile and suspension system; installation of new fire alarm system; removal of existing HVAC system and installation of new 4 pipe chiller/boiler system; new flooring throughout the building; millwork; updated restrooms; painting of entire interior; and replacement of lighting.
