The Brawley team is comprised of seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds with decades of Design, Construction, ICT and FF&E experience.

Jon Gore
President
A graduate of East Carolina University (B.S. Construction Management), Jon is an experienced construction manager with a 15 year plus record of successfully executing projects, including several years’ experience overseeing Brawley’s core operations. As President/COO, he now leads all facets of Brawley operations and implements the core vision, strategy, policies and procedures of the organization to ensure success. His experience and leadership focuses on developing and delivering services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Steve Ezzell
Chief Financial Officer
Steve graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (M.B.A and B.S Accounting) and has over 30 years of experience in construction financial management of general and subcontracting firms in both public and private projects. As Chief Financial Officer, Steve manages project costing, financial reporting, short/long term budgeting and cost controls. Steve is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, designated by the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.
Robin Novak
Executive, FF&E and HR
A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (B.S. Textiles & Design), Robin has over 25 years of marketing, sales, interior design, project coordination and management experience in military, hospitality, and commercial work space. As Executive over FF&E and HR, Robin leads the Brawley Interior Design group and oversees all primary military client contact and sales development in the United States and overseas as well manages our Human Resources team.
Randy Grubb
Vice President
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Randy is an experienced construction leader with over 30 years of construction experience. From Superintendent, to Project Management, to Senior Leadership positions throughout his career, Randy oversees all facets of our construction program, to include our commercial division, headquartered in Raleigh, NC. Randy’s experience includes all areas of the construction market, to include office buildings, banks, fire stations, medical office buildings, K-12 schools, university work, airports, multifamily, federal, military and many others. With “Safety First” as his highest priority, Randy works with our clients and project teams to safely deliver our projects on time, with the highest quality standards possible and within budget.
Ryan Luckadoo
Program Manager - Construction
Ryan Luckadoo brings over 20 years of construction management experience in commercial and federal projects to include hospitality, medical, institutional, industrial, senior living, retail, and more. He has also spent more than 10 years working with NAVFAC at Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune specializing in Design Build and Emergency Response projects with the mission to provide a quality product for the client. Ryan oversees Brawley's construction efforts in the eastern Carolinas. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. With client satisfaction at his top priority, Ryan works with clients, partners, and teams to deliver an excellent experience and exceed expectations.
Jason Ezzell
BD and Marketing Manager
A graduate of North Carolina State University (B.S. Industrial Engineering) and Saint Louis University (Masters in Business Administration), Jason brings a diverse background of marketing, sales, and operations to Brawley. As Business Development Manager, Jason overseas our new opportunity and customer resource management efforts as well as cultivating relationships with our strategic partners.
Jessie Farman
Program Manager
Jessie Farman has over 20 years of experience in the Federal construction field. He has managed multiple types of construction projects such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, infrastructure, and renovations. Jessie’s role as Program Manager is to create schedules, estimate projects, and manage budgets. He’s had successful work at Shaw AFB, Paris Island MCRD, Naval Hospital Beaufort, Naval Weapon Station Joint Base Charleston, North AFB, and Camp Lejeune just to name a few. Jessie has proven success with his projects due to his knowledge and professional relationships with subcontractors, contracting officers, engineers, and inspectors. Jessie holds a certification in OSHA 30 hours, First Aid/CPR, EM 385-1-1, US Army Corps CQCM, among other certifications.
