Founded in 1992, Brawley provides high-quality, turn-key design, construction, ICT infrastructure and FF&E solutions for facilities across the United States and abroad. The Brawley team is comprised of seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds with decades of Design, Construction, ICT and FF&E experience.

Jon Gore
President
A graduate of East Carolina University (B.S. Construction Management), Jon is an experienced construction manager with a 15 year plus record of successfully executing projects, including several years’ experience overseeing Brawley’s core operations. As President/COO, he now leads all facets of Brawley operations and implements the core vision, strategy, policies and procedures of the organization to ensure success. His experience and leadership focuses on developing and delivering services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Steve Ezzell
Chief Financial Officer
Steve graduated from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington (M.B.A and B.S Accounting) and has over 30 years of experience in construction financial management of general and subcontracting firms in both public and private projects. As Chief Financial Officer, Steve manages project costing, financial reporting, short/long term budgeting and cost controls. Steve is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, designated by the Institute of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professionals.
Robin Novak
Executive, FF&E and HR
A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (B.S. Textiles & Design), Robin has over 25 years of marketing, sales, interior design, project coordination and management experience in military, hospitality, and commercial work space. As Executive over FF&E and HR, Robin leads the Brawley Interior Design group and oversees all primary military client contact and sales development in the United States and overseas as well manages our Human Resources team.
Ryan Luckadoo
VP - Construction
Ryan Luckadoo brings over 20 years of construction management experience in commercial and federal projects to include hospitality, medical, institutional, industrial, senior living, retail, and more. He has also spent more than 10 years working with NAVFAC at Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune specializing in Design Build and Emergency Response projects with the mission to provide a quality product for the client. Ryan oversees Brawley's construction efforts in the eastern Carolinas. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management. With client satisfaction at his top priority, Ryan works with clients, partners, and teams to deliver an excellent experience and exceed expectations.
Mark Gramling
VP - Land Development
Mark Gramling brings over 35 years of experience in land development and construction to Brawley.  A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mark is also a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina.  Mark started his career in heavy and highway construction before moving into commercial and residential site development in the Pennsylvania and Maryland markets.  In the early 1990s, Mark worked in Poland, where he developed and built one of the first "American" style town home projects in the country. After moving to North Carolina in 1997, Mark focused on development and construction of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in the greater Triangle market.  His experience, from land acquisition, due diligence/site investigation, to land planning, entitlement and permitting, all the way to complete construction is second to none and a wonderful asset to our team.
Jason Ezzell
Business Development Director
A graduate of North Carolina State University (B.S. Industrial Engineering) and Saint Louis University (Masters in Business Administration), Jason brings a diverse background of marketing, sales, and operations to Brawley. As Business Development Director, Jason overseas our overall marketing and sales strategy as well as cultivating relationships with our strategic partners.
Walt Lederle
Quality Control and Safety Director
Mr. Lederle has a strong background in the construction industry with 26 years of concentration in Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC). His professional experience includes management and in-field experience for clients in the private, higher education, local municipal and Federal Government sectors. Projects include: commercial & educational buildings; interior demolition/renovation; historic preservation; zoological habitat and zookeeping facilities; university science laboratories; mechanical systems; municipal park space; commuter light rail; DOD facilities; hurricane recovery, reconstruction and rehabilitation.
Kris Giuntoli
Human Resources Director
Kris has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin plus over 30 years’ Human Resources experience within service and manufacturing (healthcare, food, foundry, steel enclosures) industries. Having worked in small-sized to world-class companies over the years, she is well-rounded with capabilities in all aspects of labor relations, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, talent management, training, and other HR areas of expertise. Kris moved to North Carolina and joined the Brawley team in 2024. She brought with her the drive to learn and grow within the construction industry. She leads the Human Resources function but also wears different hats to support and develop the business. She currently maintains two senior certifications from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
David Miller
ICT Operations Director
David is a proven operations and technology leader with 12 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps (2009–2021), where he planned and executed complex logistical operations in both domestic and overseas environments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security (2022) and a master’s degree in management (2025) from American Public University System. Since 2022, David has led the planning, management, and execution of all Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects at Brawley. His leadership approach emphasizes dependability, accountability, and clear communication—consistently delivering measurable value across diverse, high-stakes work environments as he fulfills our Director, ICT Operations role.
David Cruse
ICT Design & Field Operations Mgr
David has over 40 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and has been an RCDD since 2005. David came to us from the greater Charlotte area where he designed inside plant and outside plant systems. David served in the US Marine Corps from 1979 to 1985. David has worked with many school systems in and around the Charlotte area and upstate SC to provide them with a safe and reliable solution for their schools to communicate with their staff and students. He holds certifications from multiple telephone equipment providers, Avaya, Commscope, Panduit, Hubbell, Leviton, Corning, Avigilon, Hirsch, Axis, S2, ONSSI, Honeywell Security, DMP Security, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR among others.
McKenzie Foster
Business Development Manager
A graduate of the University of South Carolina (B.A. Journalism & Mass Communication), McKenzie brings 5 years of business development experience in the construction and design-build industry to Brawley. As Business Development Manager, McKenzie builds genuine relationships with end users across education, federal, hospitality, industrial, medical, multi-family, municipal, religious, and retail sectors, cultivating strategic partnerships that help bring clients' visions to life from trees to keys. She is passionate about community involvement and currently serves on the Awards of Excellence Committee with CREW Network.
Caroline McMahon
Controller
Caroline McMahon earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology from The College of New Jersey. She spent twelve years working at a local school, including ten years as Program Director. Caroline later transitioned into accounting, joining Brawley as an Accounts Payable Specialist. Through dedication and hands-on experience across all accounting functions, she advanced into her current role as Controller.
