Camp Lejeune MCX Marine Mart

This design-build project consists of the construction of a new approximately 3,500-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) to serve as an MCX Mini Mart. The facility includes all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as a new fire alarm system. Interior features include custom casework, a retail area with new display coolers and freezers, and a dedicated barber shop. The building also contains a break room, food preparation room, and restroom equipped with sinks, countertops, and toilet fixtures.
