Fairfield Inn – Liberty University

Brawley furnished all labor, materials fixtures, and equipment required for the project repair, renovation and upgrades required by Marriott Hotels to convert a Wingate Inn to a Fairfield Inn. Demolition and renovation to 80,000 sqft building which included 130 guest rooms, lobby, breakfast area, meeting rooms, fitness center, business center, laundry rooms, offices, and swimming pool. Also included was the replacement of roof and EFIS, construction of a fire pit, and parking sealing & striping.

Project included providing and installing new casegoods and furnishings throughout the hotel.

Work included removal and replacement of existing roof, windows and EFIS as well as parking lot sealing & striping, construction of a fire pit, and swimming pool upgrades. Existing finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and cabinets were removed and replaced. The guest room PTAC units were replaced along with upgrades to the public area HVAC. Plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical upgrades were made along with the installation of new fixtures. Doors, locks, windowsills, signage and equipment in laundry and kitchen were replaced.  All work was performed while the hotel was open.
