North Carolina National Guard Fort Fisher Training Center

Project scope consists of demolition of existing Building 116 at NCNG’s Fort Fisher Training Center, an Administrative Headquarters, located at Kure Beach, NC. Demolition is then followed by construction of a new 25,000 SF building, and will include Civil, Landscape, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Specialty System design services, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Brawley is also self-performing the communications infrastructure scope (Division 27).
