This design/build project was a renovation of an existing car wash facility. The scope included:

Replacement of all washing equipment to include two automatic car wash systems and three manual car wash systems
Two new vacuum islands
Building structure and site hard stands upgraded to allow for the implementation of the new equipment
New Point of Sale Systems installed
Demo of existing pavements, interior CMU walls
Installation of new roll-up doors for two wash bays
Installation of new mechanical room ventilation system
Demo and reinstallation of electrical equipment
