RAF Feltwell Building 77 Washroom Facilities

Design-Build project at Royal Air Force Feltwell (operated by the US Air Force in the United Kingdom) consisting of full technical design and construction of new and refurbishment of existing washroom facilities.  Scope included the design and construction of:

• stripping out existing undersized mains water supply and installing new incoming water main
• new shower areas to both restrooms
• wet-room, non-slip, vinyl flooring
• full ventilation system
• new block work rooms with suspended ceilings and walls to be covered by white roc covering
• doors
• water closets, urinals, and wash basins
• associated electrical including new distribution panel boards, electrical showers, sink water heaters, hand dryers
• fire alarm system
• electrical radiators
