Reedy Creek Lab Complex Interior Modifications

This project requires interior modifications to 3 laboratory buildings on the NC Department of Environmental Quality Reedy Creek Campus.  The three buildings total 44,800 sf and house various administrative offices and lab programs.  The interior modifications include 6,300 sf of renovated labs, offices, and shared spaces, and will provide new casework, a selection of new interior finishes, and showcase lab equipment upgrades.  Project scope also includes improvements to ADA accessibility.  This project is to be completed in two phases.
