This project consists of constructing a new Town Hall for the Town of Wendell in Wendell, NC. The project includes all sitework activities for the development of an approximate 3 acre site, the construction of a two level, 17,111 square foot facility that has a structure that is part load bearing masonry and part that is structural steel frame.
