Whiting Field Recreational Center Renovation

This design-build renovation of an activity center included the complete demolition of all existing building systems, fixtures, and equipment, followed by the design and installation of new systems. The project featured a fully renovated kitchen and food service areas, a new movie theater, and a children’s play structure.

Exterior work included utility connections for gas, water, sewer, and electricity, as well as repairs and replacements of concrete sidewalks. A new concrete pad was added for the kitchen’s walk-in cooler, and landscaping was completed in disturbed areas.
