Teacher’s Building at Hammocks Beach State Park

Renovation to the historic building at Hammocks Beach State Park including MEP systems replacement as well as selective architectural reconfiguration to provide a main assembly room, accessible toilets, a kitchen along with additional support space.
When finished, the building will be transformed into a 5,430 sf community space for event rentals.
